This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that occur despite normal, intended use of the product. BÉNIRRE will replace with a product of equal value at our discretion for any product found to have a defect in materials or workmanship within the 1-year warranty period.
This warranty does not cover issues arising from factors as below:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, cosmetic damage, discoloration due to sun exposure, aging of materials, or general material fatigue from regular daily use.
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, accidents, misuse, fire, water damage, or theft.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any repair, modification, or alteration performed by anyone other than an authorized BÉNIRRE representative.
- Device Damage: This warranty covers only the BÉNIRRE product. It does not cover damage to the electronic device (phone, watch, earbuds, etc.) housed within the accessory.
- Loss of Functionality due to User Error: Damage resulting from incorrect installation of the case or attachment accessories.
- Discoloration from Chemicals: Damage caused by cleaning agents, corrosive materials, liquids, or exposure to excessive heat.
If BÉNIRRE determines the product has a covered manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion replace the product with a new item of the same model and design, or a similar item if the original is discontinued.
This warranty is non-transferable and only covers the original end-user purchaser.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team with the subject line: "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]".

Provide Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your original order confirmation, receipt, or other valid proof of purchase clearly showing the purchase date and order number.

Provide Visual Evidence: Attach high-resolution photos or video clearly showing the defect on the product.

Describe the Issue: Provide an explanation of the defect and when you first noticed it.
Upon review, BÉNIRRE reserves the right to request the return of the defective item for inspection before processing the claim.
